Blxck Capital® by Epay isn't a bank in the traditional sense - we're a Fintech company that offers digital banking services and all Blxck Capital® by Epay accounts are FDIC insured through CFSB N.A. PURSUANT up to $250,000 per account.

WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNT IS MY BLXCK CAPITAL® BY EPAY PREPAID MASTERCARD® ACCOUNT?

Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®provides each user with a spending account that has a unique routing and account number. Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard® spending accounts can be funded through direct deposit.

CAN I USE MY CARD OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

The Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®can be used anywhere in the world where Mastercard® is accepted.

IS THERE A DAILY LIMIT FOR BLXCK CAPITAL® BY EPAY PREPAID MASTERCARD®ACCOUNTS?

Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard® account spending limit is $10,000 per day. You can withdraw up to $2,000 from an ATM in a single day.

IS THERE A LIMIT FOR HOW MUCH I CAN FUND THE ACCOUNT?

The maximum amount that can reside in your Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®account at any given time is $25,000. You can transfer funds into your Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®account no more than $25,000 per month. Or you can make up to 5 transfers into your Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard® account per month.

MY BLXCK CAPITAL® BY EPAY PREPAID MASTERCARD® BY EPAY WAS DECLINED, BUT MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHY?

Sometimes a hold can occur if you don't have enough funds to cover charge. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Care Team at cardsupport@blxckcapital.com and they will sort this out.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE EXCHANGE RATE?

Transactions outside of the US are considered international transactions and fees will apply. Please refer to your cardholder agreement for more details. If you conduct a transaction in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the merchant, network, or card association that processes the transaction may convert any related debit or credit into U.S. dollars in accordance with its then current policies. Mastercard® currently use a conversion rate that is either: (1) selected from a range of rates available in the wholesale currency markets (note: this rate may be different from the rate the association itself receives), or (2) a government-mandated rate. The conversion rate may be different from the rate in effect on the date of your transaction and the date it is posted to your account. We will impose a charge equal to 3% of the transaction amount (including credits and reversals) for each transaction (U.S. or foreign currency) that you conduct outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (including foreign websites).

ONLINE PAYMENT LIMITS.

Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®allows up to 5 online payments per day, this is intended to protect your Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®from fraudulent activity.

DAILY FUNDING LIMITS.

You can fund your Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®account, a maximum of $10,000 per day. Or you can fund with 5 transfers per day.

I CANNOT REMEMBER MY PIN

If you cannot remember your PIN you can change it in the mobile application.

I TRIED MY PIN 3 TIMES TO COMPLETE A TRANSACTION AND MY CARD WAS DECLINED

If this was a PIN transaction and your card was declined, either there was not enough funds on the card to complete the transaction or the PIN entered was incorrect. For your safety and the security of your card balance your card will be blocked for further transactions after 3 incorrect PIN attempts. You will need to contact customer service to correct the issue.

LOST/STOLEN CARDS/COMPROMISED ACCOUNTS

If your card is lost, stolen or compromised, open your Blxck Capital® by Epay App and go to the Settings menu to turn off Transactions. This will help to prevent fraudulent activity while you get a replacement. Reach out to customer care via Email at cardsupport@blxckcapital.com We will deactivate the Lost/Stolen card, and get your replacement ready to ship. When reaching out to Customer Care please be sure to provide the following pieces of information associated with your account: Full Name/ User Name/ Email Address/ Phone number

HOW DO I SET UP BLXCK CAPITAL® BY EPAY PREPAID MASTERCARD® DIRECT DEPOSIT?

Setting up direct deposit with Blxck Capital® by Epay Prepaid Mastercard®is super easy! Just open the Blxck Capital® by Epay App and click on the Settings menu. This is where you'll find your routing and account number. Provide this info to your company's payroll personnel or enter it in your employer's online payroll portal.

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

You can download the latest app for Free, from iOS App Store or Google Play Store. The Blxck Capital® by Epay App is available on iOS and Android.

WHAT DOES THE APP DO?

The Blxck Capital® by Epay App provides branchless banking, direct deposit, card 2 bank, bank 2 card, card 2 card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, capability as well as transaction history, and POS purchases anywhere Mastecard® is accepted.

CAN I CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF THE APP?

The Blxck Capital® by Epay App is only in English. We'll add new language settings down the road.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY USERNAME/PASSWORD?

No worries! Just open Blxck Capital® by Epay App and click on 'Forgot Password?/Forgot Username?' on the sign-in page, then follow the instructions.
